Forty million USD investment in Gyál

In the next 3 years the US contact lens manufacturer CooperVision, will create 400 new jobs in the the industrial park in Gyál, with a 40 million USD investment – Szijjártó Péter, Minister of Foreign Economic Relations told at the investment heralding news conference on the spot.

The world's third largest contact lens manufacturer, produced 625 million lenses in its plant in Gyál. This amount will be doubled with the current investment within 3 years – the Minister added.

Szijjártó Péter emphasized that from the United States 9 billion USD investment has arrived to Hungary, and the more than a thousand companies are employing 90 thousand people. (MTI)
