Four percent sales growth at the Co-op group this year
This year, the Co-op group expects 530 to 540 billion HUF in revenue, compared with the 510 billion HUF of last year – said the CEO of Co-op Hungary in Budapest on Wednesday, atthe Co-op Rally's press conference.
Murányi László said that in the first half of the year, compared to the same period of last year a 4 percent increase occurred in the Group’s revenue, and this is expected to retain in the second half of the year.
Within the Co-op group, the Co-op supermarket chain has the highest rate of turnover which recorded 300-310 billion HUF in the past year.
The Co-op supermarket chain has about three thousand stores across the country, and their group suplies another 2 thousand stores with goods. (MTI)
