Four hundred tons of Hortobágyi fish were sold in December

The Hortobágyi Halgazdaság Zrt. sold four hundred tons of fish in December – Lupsán Róbert CEO informed MTI.

Traditionally, most of the fish is sold in December. Domestic consumers purchase carp in the largest amount, but silver carp, grass carp and catfish is also added to the festive table – he added.

The Hortobágyi Halgazdaság produced 1500 tonnes of carps, 800 tonnes of other fish, mostly silver carp, grass carp and catfish this year, in its fish ponds that have a 5-6 thousand square meters of surface area – Lupsán Róbert added. (MTI)
