Four-day fish and wine festival near the Lake Balaton
Four settlement around the lake will organize the four-day fish and wine festival to promote culture, wine and gastronomy for the tenth time this weekend.
At the Tagore promenade in Balatonfüred, the wine presentation and wine fair starts at 5 pm on Thursday with the participation of the best Hungarian winemakers, as well as fish tastings.
The exhibition of the Fine Arts Association of Csopak will be opened in the Csopak Gallery on Friday 6 pm. On Saturday a Riesling wine tour starts from the Balaton Borkúria.
The Balatonfüred Folkdance Ensemble will provide a program on Friday 7:30 pm in the court of the country house in Paloznak. Fish cooking competition will take place at the same site on Saturday.
The Lavender Festival, will be held in Tihany. On Saturday sports programs, tours, craft workshops, fairs will await the guests as well as a fairground comedy, and the concert of the Drum and Folk Band. (MTI)
