The creation of the tracking system for tobacco products could cost four billion
The ND National Tobacco Trade Nonprofit Zrt. launched a public procurement procedure for the development of a monitoring system for tobacco products, with an estimated value of 4 billion HUF.
According to the announcement of the Zrt., it is necessary to supply and operate an IT system used jointly by tobacco market players – code issuers, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers – to supply tobacco products with unique identification codes. (MTI)
