A four-star hotel will be built in Békésszentandrás for four billion forints
A four-star hotel will be built for four billion forints in Békésszentandrás on the site of the former carpet factory, said MP Dankó Béla (Fidesz).
The building, which has been empty for years, was bought by Barna Antal, CEO of the Körösparti Nyár Plusz Zrt. in 2019.
The investment can be realized from a gross 4.4 billion HUF, for which a net 1.7 billion HUF was obtained from state support through the Kisfaludy tourism development program of the Hungarian Tourism Agency; the rest is provided by credit and equity. (MTI)
