The building, which has been empty for years, was bought by Barna Antal, CEO of the Körösparti Nyár Plusz Zrt. in 2019.
The investment can be realized from a gross 4.4 billion HUF, for which a net 1.7 billion HUF was obtained from state support through the Kisfaludy tourism development program of the Hungarian Tourism Agency; the rest is provided by credit and equity. (MTI)
