Four thousand boxes of cigarettes were found by customs officers in a converted car
More than four thousand boxes of untaxed cigarettes were found in a passenger car near Hegyeshalom by the Győr-Moson-Sopron County Finance Officers of the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) – the authority told MTI on Wednesday.
According to the statement, thousands of cigarettes were found in the trailer of a Romanian minibus; nine people traveled in the minibus.
The smuggled items that were hidden into the holes of the dashboard, the floor, the bumper and the threshold were smelled by Django and Jenny, NAV’s service dogs. (MTI)
