Tamás Négyesi is the new marketing manager of Polcz Food
Tamás Négyesi, an experienced professional from an agency background, joins Polcz Food as Marketing Manager. The appointment aims to bring the brand’s awareness and market weight to a new level in the coming years, not only in Hungary but also in the region.
The food company has set a new standard in the world of long-lasting dishes over the past eight years. With their gentle heat treatment process and additive-free recipes, they have proven that a quick lunch does not have to involve any compromises. It can be a real, healthy and tasty alternative at the same time. The goal now is to make this convenient, yet conscious solution even more popular.
The dynamic development of Polcz Food is clearly demonstrated by the fact that in 2025 the company’s turnover exceeded 1 billion forints, and in addition to a stable domestic position, international expansion has also begun with the launch of Slovak distribution. The new marketing manager is tasked with significantly increasing brand awareness, broadening the consumer base, and strengthening Polcz’s mental and physical accessibility in domestic and international markets. The focus is not just on campaigns, but on building a strong, distinctive brand that can shape the attitudes towards ready-made meals and elevate Polcz to a natural part of the modern, conscious lifestyle.

Tamás Négyesi has worked at Mediator full-service advertising agency for the past 12 years, where, after strategic and operational management roles, he was responsible for the entire commercial portfolio as managing director. Under his leadership, the communication of several key retail, automotive and FMCG brands was realized.
