Tesco to sell four billion HUF worth building plots
Tesco sells building plots in a value of four billion pounds (100 billion HUF) is giving away a total value of building plots in the UK, after recently canceled the construction plans of a dozens of large new stores.
According to the announcement published in the London Stock Exchange on Thursday, the largest British retail firm sells fourteen high value sites in London and in the South East of England.
The properties were owned by Tesco’s property management subsidiary the Spenhill, and the chain planned to build supermarkets on them. (MTI)
