4 stars hotel near to Gellert

According to plans of Budapest local government, the 1 acre property behind the Hotel Gellert in Kemenes street, will sell this year.

The price must be almost HUF 1,5 billion, the new owner has to build a minimum 4 star hotel there. The bath company, owned by Budapest municipal is in hurry, because it must be profitable on the year's end to get the reconstruction grant in value HUF 9 billion, from EU and the Hungarian government next year.
