A four-star hotel is building in Hódmezővásárhely
With a 1.3 billion HUF investment, a four-star hotel is building in the center of Hódmezővásárhely. The Ginkgo-Sas City Hotel is expected to open in August 2010.
Schleiffer Ervin one of the owners and managing director of SK SAS Project Real Estate Utilizer and Development Ltd. told that 377 million HUF had been won on the competition of the Southern Great Plain Operational Program, to build the six-storey 5600 square meters hotel. The investment cost of 1.257 billion HUF, that is covered by the company and the Hungarian Development Bank’s loans – reports MTI-Eco.
