Nestlé's sales increased by 4 percent in January-September
The world's largest food and beverage distributor reported on Friday that in the first nine months of this year its turnover totaled 82.77 billion Swiss francs, exceeding last year’s datas by 4.1 percent. Experts expected 81.03 billion Swiss francs.
The company stated, that its sales increased in all regions of the world, in all product categories. The food and beverage sales were 77 billion francs in the first three quarters.
In the period, lasting from January to the end of September, Nestlé's sales in Asia increased by 10.7 percent, American sales by 5.5 percent, and European sales by 3.3 percent – reports MTI.
