Set a negative record for business sentiment in Germany – ifo
In April, business sentiment in Germany fell to its lowest level ever in a recent survey by the Munich-based ifo economic research institute.
In a survey sent to MTI on Friday, the ifo Institute for Economic Research (ifo Institut – Leibniz-Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung an der Universität München e.V.) at the University of Munich registered the largest decline in business sentiment ever recorded among German economic operators for April.
The sentiment index fell to 74.3 points in April fromthe 85.9 points of March. (MTI)
