Nébih: a guide about the good hygiene practices of restaurants and cafes
The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) has published a guide about the good hygiene practices of hospitality and catering.
The publication was presented on Monday in Budapest, in front of the representatives of the NGOs, that were involved in the creation of the publication at a workgroup meeting. The Food and Feed Safety Directorate of Nébih makes the guide available for hospitality and catering businesses in 10 thousand copies free of charge. (MTI)
