NÉBIH: brochure on the marking of eggs
The National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) has published a brochure on the key informations on the marking of eggs – told NÉBIH on Wednesday to MTI.
At the newest public briefing of NÉBIH those who interest can get answers to common questions. Examples are: how to know that the egg was produced in Hungary, how to know it came from hens that kept free-laid, or is it suspicious, if unmarked eggs can be found on the market. (MTI)
