Nébih: national inspections on Christmas markets
Authorities across the country are conducting inspections at Advent and Christmas fairs because experience has shown that these are the places where most violations occur – Pleva György, director of food and feed safety at the National Food Chain Safety Authority (Nebih) told M1 news channel on Monday.
He added that controls are being carried out in other areas, covering all types of food, from the producers through the trade to catering. Data from the last 10 years show that entrepreneurs are increasingly expecting controls. (MTI)
