Nébih: state fishing ticket is popular among the tourists
The state fishing ticket is popular among the tourists: more than four thousand people have registered into the National Food Chain Safety Office’s (NÉBIH) tourist state fishing ticket system this year and about 2,700 have bought the 90-day license – the NÉBIH told MTI on Thursday.
According to a 2014 study, one-third of the Hungarian consumers used to buy fish with some regularity, usually in hyper and supermarkets, but almost 35 percent of the respondents consume fish caught by himself, a friend or by family member. The most important aspects, when buying fish are freshness and the source of the fish – which is guaranteed in case of own catch. (MTI)
