Nébih has lifted some restrictions due to avian flu
On Monday, the National Food Chain Safety Authority (Nébih) lifted restrictions on highly pathogenic avian influenza in Komárom-Esztergom and Hajdú Bihar counties.
From now on, domestic and EU poultry shipments from these counties can continue to run smoothly. However, export restrictions to third countries may continue to be applied – the agency told MTI.
At the same time, it was stressed that there is still a mandatory obligation to keep poultry closed throughout the country. (MTI)
