Nébih: there is no avian flu in Hungary
There is no avian flu in Hungary, but there is a sporadic outbreak of avian influenza in Europe – Vajda Lajos, Head of the Veterinary and Animal Protection Directorate of the National Food Chain Safety Agency (Nébih) told M1 news channel on Tuesday.
According to the director, after the big epidemic of 2016-2017, Hungary regained the avian flu-free classification on 24 August 2017. (MTI)
