Nébih: the deadline for the mandatory conclusion of contracts related to the purchase of cherries is approaching
Large sour cherry buyers must sign a contract for at least 60 percent of the total purchase until Friday – the National Food Chain Safety Authority (Nébih) points out on its website.
According to their information, this obligation applies to buyers and processors of more than one hundred tons of cherries, the smaller ones do not have such a stipulation, in their case it is sufficient to conclude a written agreement even at the time of delivery. (MTI)
