Nébih: a case in April can be associated with the current botulism case
After the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) consultated with the National Center for Epidemiology an April botulism suspicion disease is associated to the current food poisoning case – the Nébih told MTI on Tuesday.
According to the communication of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih), in April 2014 due to botulism illness one rural hospital sent a truffle pesto, made by Keksz Zsolt to Nébih’s laboratory, which was consumed by the hospitalized patient. That time the examination of the product ended with negative results. (MTI)
