Nébih: the majority of summer camps operate in accordance with the legislation
The majority of the 153 summer camps inspected nationwide by the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) operate in accordance with the legislation. the seasonal inspection will continue until August 11, Nébih told MTI on Monday.
According to the announcement, the units providing food for the summer camps were inspected between June 26 and July 7: 8,196 people were fed in the 153 camps inspected.
It was established that the children received three meals during the day, supplemented by dinner at the “overnight” locations. The organizers offered fresh baked goods, 2 deciliter juice and fruits bought in retail stores, which typically do not require refrigeration, for the ten o’clock and snack time.
According to Nébih, it is a common experience that campers who plan for several tours are more prepared than those who only accept children for one or two weeks.
