NAV: zero-tolerance against VAT fraud
The number of fiscal controls have increased at the big supermarket chains, but experts say most of the VAT disappears at small retailers.
The number of official investigations significantly increased at the large supermarket chains, after the government recently announced a zero-tolerance policy against VAT fraud.
Although previously several plans were to push down the black markets, but in essence the so called “Chinese” markets are still flourishing – especially in clothing products – writes Népszabadság Online.
