NAV: Customs authority permit is needed to the retail trade of tobacco products
Retail trade of tobacco products can be carried out only with customs authority permission. It is not enough to conclude the concession contract after 1 July – National Tax and Customs Office (NAV) drew attention on Tuesday.
According to the communication of the customs authority, on the basis of the law of the tobacco shop law, activities can not be started until obtaining the customs authority’s permission, ie. permission is needed to purchase or distribute tobacco products. (MTI)
