NAV: the tax calendar has been renewed on the customer portal

The tax calendar has been renewed. Thanks to the innovation, the tax calendar now automatically displays and even loads important tax tasks into other calendar applications, and its deadline tracking service helps with up-to-date tax administration – the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) drew attention in its announcement on Monday.

The tax tasks of the user logged in to the Customer Portal will automatically appear in their personal tax calendar linked to their profile. Compared to the previous version, there is no need to answer any preliminary questions, as the system loads the necessary data from the NAV registers.

The tax calendar is automatically updated every time it is opened, so users always see up-to-date information about tax return deadlines and obligations. The calendar is also connected to the Customer Portal Timeline, where a clear, vertical bar shows the upcoming tax return deadlines.

The Online Form Filling Application is directly accessible from the calendar entries, where you can fill out and submit the required tax return – without further identification. Notifications about individual deadlines can also be requested, and calendar data can be downloaded, so they can be easily integrated into everyday phone or desktop calendar applications, NAV announced.
