NAV: more and more people are interested in ekáer and online cash machines from abroad
More and more foreign tax professionals interested towards the electronic road freight control system (ekáer) and towards the online cash registers, because every government needs to improve its revenue collection, and to provide public revenues – Varga Árpád, vice president of the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) said at a conference on Wednesday in Budapest.
At the event, orgainzed by the Association of Scientific Societies (GTTSZ) and at NAV’s and About the Modernization of the Public Burdens event Varga Árpád said that 92-93 percent of the budget revenues are collected by the tax authority. This year, the expectation is 11,868 billion HUF. If it is satisfied, the expenditure side of the budget can be managed – the Deputy Chairman of the Tax Office added. (MTI)
