NAV: Most of the restaurant owners do not comply with the rules
During the overall control of the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) irregularities were found at 65 percent of restaurateurs. 38 percent of them did not gave a receipt of their revenues. There was a place that failed even during the third inspection – the NAV told MTI.
They reported: during the past weekend the inspectors of the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) visited 32 frequented restaurants at the same time. On Friday / Saturday night 110 inspectors stormed the popular restaurants and bars of the inner districts of Budapest. They came back to some places even three times to “get a true picture of the tax obedience of the businesses”. (MTI)
