NAK: it is important when the support comes to the farmers
The practice of the Hungarian agency for paying agricultural subsidies and EU law should be brought closer, as several cases were filed at the EU court when the paying agency refused to pay the aid – the chairman of the National Chamber of Commerce (NAK) said at a podium discussion on Monday in Budapest.
Győrffy Balázs stated at the event organized by the CEDR – Hungarian Agricultural Law Association (MABC), the Working Group for Natural Resources and Rural Development and the National Public Service University (NKE): it is in everyone’s interest to have fewer such cases because it is matter when the support comes to the farmers.
