A big improvement in German business sentiment in September
Business sentiment improved well above the rate expected in September in Germany – according to the survey of the ifo economic research institute.
In September, the business sentiment index increased from the 106.3 points of July to 109.5 points, which is the highest level of the past two years in Germany – the Munich-based ifo economic research institute’s survey receals. Analysts expected a modest improvement of 106.4 points in September. (MTI)
