Auchan wants a Bigger Presents in Russia
According to local government data French retailer plans to invest 320 million euros ( in expanding its store chains in the Moscow region.
Auchan has been present in the Russian
market since 2001, operates 18 food hypermarkets in the country's
nine regions, as well as three Leroy Merlin outlets and one Decathlon
in the Moscow region. Company plants to open more Decathlon sporting
goods stores by 2009 in cost of 20 million euros. In 2010 Auchan
wants to open several Leroy Merlin home-improvement stores,
developing cost 300 million euros.
