The New York-based NoMad restaurant is the first solo project from Daniel Humm and Will Guidara, known for their flawless food and service at Eleven Madison Park, so the bar is high. The menus mimic the deceptive simplicity of EMP's offerings, with dishes like Trout (smoked with cucumber, buttermilk, and rye) and Suckling Pig (confit with dried apricots, onions, wild greens).
