SIAL China 2009 ended on a great success

On May 21st, the 10th edition of SIAL China 2009 ended on a great success, SIAL China 2009 maintains its leading position among the food business operators despite the global financial crisis.

A total space of 40 250 sqm makes SIAL China the unique show in China with a perfect mix: 50% international and 50% national exhibitors in the Food and Beverage industry. SIAL China 2009 attracted 28 528 visitors in three days exhibition (+3% compared to 2008) with 13% of the visitors came from abroad to discover the 1 057 exhibitors from 50 countries and regions. Pleasure, Innovation, Wine & Spirits, Business were the key words of the 10th edition of China Wine & Spirits Competition, 2nd edition of the Cooking trends area, Trends & Innovations, Wine Innovation Forum, Tasting Room and SIAL China Business & Retail Area.
