Hungarian mushroom production may be greatly increased
Current Hungarian mushroom production can be increased significantly, in a favorable case it can even be doubled if technological devices used are being more up-to-date, and the traditionally used technologies are being neglected. Árpád Mutsy, director of Bio-Fungi Termelő és Kereskedelmi Kft. pointed out on Wednesday within the compass of a conference held by the Agricultural Comittee of the Parliament.
