High-capacity agricultural warehouses have become available
The state-owned Concordia Közraktár Zrt. is preparing to sell three rural sites. The properties in Lepsény, Paks and Siófok will be available in the Electronic Auction System of the Hungarian National Asset Management Ltd. (Magyar Nemzeti Vagyonkezelő Zrt.). In the current difficult-to-predict market conditions, grain storage can be key in agriculture, so sites with both thousands of tonnes of storage capacity offer a good opportunity for industry players.
The Concordia Közraktár Zrt. has a total of 16 sites nationwide, 3 of which will be announced on the state auction platform, which provides full transparency. The Paks property can already be viewed on the auction portal, which can be bid on from May 15, and the sites in Lepsény and Siófok will appear among the announced lots from May 14.
