Nagy István: Food companies and wineries will receive about 70 billion HUF grants this year

Food companies and wineries will receive about 70 billion HUF support this year from the Rural Development Program (vp) – Nagy István, Minister of Agriculture said at a press conference in Budapest on Thursday.

The minister said that in October last year, the Ministry of Agriculture reopened the call for food development with a budget of 50 billion HUF, 40 billion HUF for food processing plants and 10 billion HUF for wineries. The call was open for applications for grants between January and April this year. (MTI)
