Nagy István: the number of producer markets increased by two and a half times
Thanks to government subsidies, the number of local producer markets has increased by two and a half times between 2012 and 2019, from 117 to 298 – the Minister of Agriculture said in Nagykőrös.

Nagy István said at the press conference that in 2012 the government defined the concept of the producer market in a legal framework. This was needed in order to strengthen the self-reliance of the region and to increase its labor and population retention capacity. (MTI)
