Nagy István: the National Center for Agricultural Research and Innovation is strengthening with the integration of the Agricultural Research Institute
The National Agricultural Research Innovation Center (NAIK) is strengthening with the integration of the Agricultural Economics Research Institute (AKI) and thus becomes more capable of increasing the competitiveness of the Hungarian agricultural economy – Nagy István, Minister of Agriculture said on Tuesday at a press conference in Budapest.
The Minister emphasized that Hungarian agriculture is the driving force of the national economy, for which a well-organized professional base is essential. Therefore the background institutional system important for the development of agriculture was reorganized and was made more effective. (MTI)
