The government has raised the pollination subsidy to a thousand forints per bee family, Minister of Agriculture Nagy István announced in a post published on his Facebook page on Friday.

Pollination support for bee colonies increases to around one thousand forints
He recalled that Hungary was the first to introduce pollination support for beekeepers.
The head of the ministry noted that without a strong beekeeping sector, there is no strong agriculture.
He put it that dealing with honey and bees is one of the most important tasks in protecting our created world, which is why they help beekeepers with a number of measures. (MTI)
