Nagy István: 342 applicants won the Hungarikum competition
He emphasized that 100 percent of the amount of support granted for the preservation of Hungarians will be paid to the winners in advance.
Nagy István spoke appreciatively that twice as many people applied as last year. So many municipalities, NGOs and other institutions want to deal with the preservation of values, he said.
Applicants could apply for three purposes. They could claim between 1 million HUF and 4 million HUF to present national values, for example through publications, films and events; He explained a total of 15 million HUF for the creation of the regional archives of settlements and 250-500 thousand HUF for the presentation of folk handicraft values in fashion.
