Great Easter research from Nosalty
The NoSalty – Hungary's most popular recipe page – asked its readers this year how they are preparing for the Easter holidays.
The survey lasted for a week with nearly 8,000 respondents. In almost all of the households ham was consumed during Easter as well as cakes and some sort of egg dishes. More than three-quarters of the respondents are preparing the ham, the cake and eggs at home. Hams were bought in stores typically by the 18-29 years olds and the older (over 60 years).
The survey lasted for a week between 31 March and 6 April 2014.
