Intense interest displayed towards Anuga

According to Peter Grothues from the Cologne Fair, interest displayed towards this year’s Anuga to be held between 10-14. October is as intense as usual. Over 6 000 exhibitors are expected to attend the event, of which 45 will be Hungarian. The collective stand to be operated by AMC will occupy a much better location in the Fine Food section than ever before. Kométa and SáGa Foods will both have a stand of their own in the Meat Products Hall. More than 80 percent of exhibitors will be of foreign origin, representing 100 countries. Exhibition space will total approximately 300 000 square meters, where not only products, but creative ideas and concepts will also be presented. The “ten exhibitions in a single event” concept introduced a few years ago has been very successful. Product categories are organised in a transparent structure which makes it easy for the representatives of supply and demand to meet. The following topics will be covered by Anuga: 1.
