MVH: The area based support helps to balance the market prices

The SAPS area based support helps to balance the market prices. The advance payment of SAPS has begun on Friday – Gyuricza Csaba, president of Agricultural and Rural Development Agency (MVH), (which carries out the payments) told M1 news channel.

The payments were formally launched on Friday by Fazekas Sándor, Minister of Agriculture. The Minister emphasized that Hungary is among the few EU Member States, that live up to the possibility of the 70 percent advance payments (the maximum rate has been 50 percent until now). He stressed that thanks to improvements made by the MVH, the advance payments arrive to the farmers predictably and reliably. (MTI)
