Colleagues at Tesco are always ready to give each other a helping hand, whether it is a crisis situation, illness, elemental damage, or a sudden family tragedy. However, the store chain wants to stand behind these initiatives at the enterprise level, providing a framework, and at the same time raise the level of assistance. That’s why Tesco founded the Tesco Angel Foundation, whose Board of Trustees decides monthly on the amount of support and beneficiaries.
