The Access Assessment’s survey targeted the medium and large corporate HR leaders focused on the competencies, capabilities of the Hungarian workers and revealed ' focused and significant but easily avoideable losses in the selection process.

The drop-out rates are high at 36 percent of the companies. Nearly twenty percent of the surveyed HR managers said that a significant part of the selected workers drop out within six months. So 40 percent of the new employees had to be dismissed or should be placed to a new job.
