MTÜ: the free data collection software also serves sales functions
The “Vendégem” software that provides statistical data can also perform basic sales functions, which all businesses and tourist attractions that register with the National Tourist Information Center (NTAK) can receive for free – the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ) told MTI on Monday.
According to the announcement, the software family helps businesses in the digital transition, it has two versions, one for catering and the other for attractions.
In addition to sending data, the software can be used in restaurants to record orders, for example, and manage the product master, the use of serial numbers, or waiter service. It is also suitable for registering payment or tips, whether it is for local consumption or takeaway sales. With the right block printer, you can also print counter and kitchen totals.
In the case of tourist attractions, ticket sales and ticket validation can also be completed with the program, including the printing of tickets.
