MTÜ: rural coffee houses and catering establishments specializing in non-alcoholic beverages can call for support worth HUF one billion
Around a thousand rural cafes and restaurants specializing in non-alcoholic drinks can apply for non-refundable funds worth HUF one billion from Monday, the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ) told MTI on Monday.
Funds worth one million forints per store, which can be applied for under the program launched by the government, can be used for the purchase of modern kitchen technology and smaller equipment or supplies necessary for everyday operation, for developments that support energy-efficient and economical operation, and for larger investments, the statement said.
They reminded me: the tender, which runs until October 9, is the fourth element of the program entitled “Increasing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized rural catering enterprises”.
The goal of the HUF 13 billion development tender is to mitigate the relative competitive disadvantage of rural service providers as a result of the regional concentration of domestic tourism.
