MTÜ: the number of guest nights is increasing dynamically

The June data show that the number of guest nights in the country is growing at a dynamic pace, with 500,000 guests spending almost one and a half million guest nights in domestic accommodation – Guller Zoltán, CEO of the Hungarian Tourism Agency said in his latest podcast.

He noted that compared to previous data, many tourists are still missing, but it seems that compared to a month earlier, five times as many tourists were counted, mainly in the countryside, and July bookings are also developing nicely.
He added that tourists have basically visited Lake Balaton in the last month, the number of foreign guests has also increased significantly. (MTI)
