MTÜ: government action saves jobs, helps sector workers in the industry
The government has taken important steps to help the tourism industry, and was among the first to make decisions that will help to survive – the Hungarian Tourism Agency told MTI on Wednesday.
They stated that the announced government measures would contribute to the survival of tourism-based businesses and save jobs. The most important step in the life of the tourism sector decision-makers now is not to send their employees away, because after the improvement of the situation there will be no one with whom to rebuild tourism, which could be a huge disadvantage for Hungarian tourism. The government has taken important steps to help the sector, and was among the first to make decisions that will help it survive. This requires sacrifice on the part of both employers and employees, instead of redundancies they are working together to find a solution for further employment. (MTI)
