MT Zrt.: the lack of a high-capacity conference center causes competitive disadvantage

According to the Deputy Chief Executive of the Hungarian Tourism (MT) Plc., the conference tourism remains an important segment of the Hungarian inbound tourism, but Hungary needs a World-class, high-capacity conference center, because Hungary can organize events only for 300-400 person per conference center.

Horváth Gergely spoke about this on Wednesday at the professional conference of the Business Travel Show at the Budapest Fair Center. At the largest professional event of Business Travel, organized by the Hungarian Tourism (MT) Plc., 42 foreign professionals of 16 countries were invited to directly negotiate with the Hungarian tourism operators.
