A mozzarella factory is under construction in Bartusekpuszta
The Komáromi Mezőgazdasági Zrt. is building a mozzarella plant in Bartusekpuszta that will be capable to produce 12 tons of mozzarella cheese per day.
The cost of the factory will be 4.7 billion forints – Marczali Gábor, the CEO of the company told origo, adding that the cheese factory will process hundred thousands of liters of milk daily with state-of-the-art equipment, creating 32 new jobs. (origo)
